The registration of multiple Accounts by the same person — whether using different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a breach of this Agreement. Where multiple Accounts are identified as belonging to the same individual, tg772 reserves the right to close all such Accounts, consolidate any remaining balances for investigation, and void all pending withdrawals and unrealised winnings.
When registering for an Account, you must provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. You are obliged to update your Account information promptly if any details change. tg772 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account information, including but not limited to delays in receiving OTP codes due to an outdated mobile number.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (mobile number and password). You agree to notify tg772 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. tg772 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised Account access that results from your failure to maintain credential security. You must not share your Account login details with any third party.
You may request Account closure at any time by contacting tg772 customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money Balance will be returned to you through your last verified withdrawal method, subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and the absence of any outstanding investigations into Account activity.
tg772 is required to verify the identity of all players before enabling withdrawal functionality, in compliance with PAGCOR's Anti-Money Laundering obligations and the Anti-Money Laundering Act of 2001 (Republic Act 9160, as amended). You must submit the following to complete KYC:

Deposits via GCash and Maya are credited to your tg772 Balance in real time. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) via InstaPay are typically credited within fifteen (15) to sixty (60) minutes. Deposits are credited only in Philippine Peso. tg772 does not accept deposits from credit cards, third-party payment accounts not in the Account holder's name, or any payment method not listed in Section 6.1.
You may only deposit funds that you legally own and that are free from any third-party claims. Depositing funds derived from criminal activity, including but not limited to proceeds of fraud or illegal lending, is prohibited and will be reported to the relevant Philippine authorities under tg772's Anti-Money Laundering compliance obligations.
tg772 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. The name on your payment account must match the name on your tg772 Account and KYC documents. Third-party deposits are rejected and refunded where possible, or held pending investigation.
Withdrawals are available only to KYC-verified Accounts. Any Account with pending identity verification, an active responsible gaming restriction, or an open compliance investigation may have withdrawal functionality suspended until the relevant matter is resolved.
GCash and Maya withdrawals for fully verified Accounts are processed within five (5) to fifteen (15) minutes, twenty-four (24) hours a day, seven (7) days a week. Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) are processed within one (1) to three (3) business hours during standard Philippine banking hours. USDT TRC20 withdrawals are processed within thirty (30) to sixty (60) minutes subject to blockchain network conditions. All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in your verified name. tg772 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. If your GCash or Maya account name does not match your KYC-verified name, your withdrawal will be held pending clarification. tg772 accepts no liability for delays arising from name mismatches between your tg772 Account, KYC documents, and payment account details.
Bonus Funds and winnings derived from Bonus Funds may not be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully satisfied. Upon satisfaction of wagering requirements, converted Bonus Funds are reclassified as real-money Balance and are then subject to standard withdrawal conditions. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to the amended terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 4.4.

In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms, you agree to first contact tg772 customer support to attempt resolution in good faith.
